1. What this site provides
PokéBonk Guide at poke-bonk.net provides editorial information about the PokéBonk browser fan game and, when available, an embedded view of the original game at pokebonk.com. The game, its servers, accounts, saves, updates and moderation are operated by their respective project operators, not by this guide.
2. Independent and unofficial status
This website is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or approved by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. or any other Pokémon rights holder. “Pokémon”, character names and related marks belong to their respective owners.
PokéBonk is a fan game. The name “PokéBonk” may also be used by separate projects; this site identifies the Charcher project at pokebonk.com when describing the embedded game.
3. Third-party game and links
The embedded player, if it loads, is a cross-origin frame served by the original game site. Visiting it can connect your browser to that site and its service providers. Links to external sites are provided for identification or convenience. Their terms, privacy notices, availability and content are outside this site's control.
Do not enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive information into this guide. Use the original game's own account and privacy notices for questions about its services.
4. Content accuracy
Guide pages are editorial notes checked against a stated version and date. Game mechanics, availability, controls, saves and URLs can change without notice. The live original game and its notices are the source of truth. Nothing on this site promises that the game will be available, compatible with a device or free from errors.
5. Intellectual property and notices
This site does not claim ownership of the embedded game, Pokémon names, characters, images, sounds or other third-party material. It does not download, mirror or re-host the game files. Original text, layout and visual assets created for this guide belong to the site operator unless stated otherwise.
A disclaimer describes this site's identity; it does not create permission, remove a rights holder's ability to make a claim or guarantee that third-party embedding is authorized. See the copyright and notice page for the contact and response process.
6. Changes and availability
We may update, remove or temporarily disable pages or the embedded player when the original site changes, a technical issue occurs, a rights notice is received or the information is no longer reliable. These terms may be updated with a new date at the top of the page.
